To return merchandise, please follow these guidelines:
- Contact me first to resolve the issue. A return may be unnecessary.
- All returned merchandise must have an RMA issued before it will be accepted for return.
- All returned merchandise incurs a 10% restocking charge.
- All accessories and materials must be returned for refund or credit to be issued.
- All postage and shipping must be prepaid. I will not accept COD.
- If a kit, construction must not have been started.
- Modified units or cables will not be accepted for return credit.
